Alaska Foot & Ankle Specialists is proud to support the 2014 Gold Nugget Triathlon. A unique race where women and girls of all ages and abilities are empowered to improve their lives through athletics. These participants race the clock to compete in a 500 yard swim, 12 mile bike ride and a 4.1 mile run.
